Virtual world immersion ARPG Etheria: Restart announced. A stylish anime style turn -based action fighting virus in a virtual world

The Chinese game development company XD Entertainment announced on July 23 of Ethernia: Restart (Izu / Shigei Day) . Compatible platforms are PC (Steam) and smartphones. According to Steam's store page, this work supports Japanese subtitles and audio, and is scheduled to be released in 2023.

Ethernia: Restart is a turn-based action RPG fighting virus in the virtual city Etheria. On the stage of this work, the world is buried by the eternal snowstorm. Humanity constructs the remaining lives and builds a virtual world Etheria to start a new life. In the virtual world built with data, high-rise buildings, entertainment streets, business streets and parks were built, and millions of data tribes were gathered. The protagonist of this work is called Hyperlinker. The protagonist fights an unknown virus that attacks Ethernia. In the battle, it seems to approach the hidden truth of the virtual world.

The player fights the virus in the virtual world Etheria as a hyperlinker. According to Steam's store page, this work is a turn-based action RPG. Details are unknown, but the actions and RPG elements may be incorporated in the turn-based battle system.

In this work, cities in the virtual world and characters that seem to be friends are expressed in anime-style 3D graphics. Several characters appear in the trailer with a name. The player seems to be fighting together with a female character DINAH, a female character dealing with a black sword with a gray hair, a brown girl with a heart-marked brown girl, and a Masiah with an angel-like ring on her head. I would like to look forward to fighting in the mysterious virtual world and the success of animation-style characters. In addition, as far as Steam's store page is seen, this work is for single players and supports online PVP. UE4 is used as a game engine.

Ethernia: Restart corresponds to Japanese subtitles and audio and will be released in 2023 for PC (Steam) and smartphones.
